Terms of Service

Last updated 16 July 2026

By using Lírico, you're agreeing to these terms. They're deliberately short and readable.

The service

Lírico is a free Spanish-learning app. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Your account

Acceptable use

Don't use Lírico to harass, abuse or threaten others; upload unlawful, hateful or sexual imagery as your avatar; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or automate/cheat progress systems. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (such as your profile photo). You grant us only the permission needed to display it inside Lírico — for example, showing your avatar to your friends.

Music, lyrics and artwork

Lírico doesn't host music. Songs play through embedded YouTube, and your use of that playback is also governed by YouTube's terms. Lyrics, chart data and artwork come from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Lírico claims no ownership of any musical work, lyric, or recording.

No warranty

Lírico is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Learning outcomes, translation accuracy and speech scoring are best-effort and imperfect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lírico isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We'll update this page and the date above if these terms change.
